Our first dark roast blend, Moonlight Blend will take you on a celestial journey!
Moonlight Blend was born after my mom said Bonita's Blend was "too light" for her. So, I took similar beans (also from Guatemala) and roasted them to second crack to achieve a roastiness that doesn't overpower but stands up a bit more boldly to cream and sugar.
Moonlight Blend is a crowd-pleaser with all the body of dark roasted coffees, without compromising on the quality of green coffee beans. Crafted from Guatemalan beans, it's a beautiful blend of dark chocolate, molasses, and clove notes.
Moonlight Blend pays homage to my long lost orange tabby cat, RoRo, who was known to romp around in the night until she mysteriously disappeared back in 2025. We miss her dearly, and raise a mug of Moonlight Blend to her every morning!
