The El Salvador Metapán Paca Bourbon Roast comes from our favorite mill in Metapán, El Salvador. Alejandro and his crew at CaféNor run a carbon neutral mill where local small producers bring in excellent specialty coffees for processing.

This coffee is a blend of coffees in the region, creating a complex and refreshing lot, with tasting notes of chocolate, caramelized honey, and fresh lemon - flavors we’ve come to expect from Salvadoran coffees.
