El Salvador Metapán Pacas Bourbon comes from our favorite mill in Metapán, El Salvador. Alejandro and his crew at CaféNor run acarbon neutral mill where local small producers bring in their small lot coffees for processing.
This coffee is a blend of coffees from the region, creating a complex and refreshing lot, with tasting notes of chocolate, caramelized honey, and fresh lemon. These are flavors we’ve come to expect from Salvadoran coffees.
