Bonita's Blend - Medium Roast

Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Warming Spices, Creamy

This is my signature espresso blend! This blend is amazing as an espresso, french press, or pour over. I’ve actually been drinking this one a lot at home! This blend is smooth and balanced, with some nutty characteristics and chocolate notes that really shine through when used in an espresso shot. 

Bonita's Blend is an homage to our friendliest and most chatty hen, Bonita! She lets us pick her up, carry her around, and generally just loves being around humans. She even gets jealous if we pay too much attention to her flock sisters.
